Located near popular attractions, this hotel offers clean and spacious rooms with daily towel replacement. the breakfast, although limited, is satisfactory and service is friendly. the hotel provides good value for money and has a decent WiFi connection.

The hotel offered me a lovely birthday surprise with a cake and card. The decoration of the entire hotel and rooms were beautiful. Staff was attentive and always available to assist. Good English breakfast was served.

The reaction to emails from me was really slow and they didn't provide the useful information they should as a guesthouse. When I asked about free pick-up service from the airport they just told me about a taxi, in fact there is minibus from airport to the guesthouse, which only costs one-fourth of the taxi fare. Another thing which made me unhappy is that they asked me to pay all the money on arrival and even if I didn't show up at the guesthouse they still need to charge all the money, but what if I had some urgent things that I couldn't show up? That is really not reasonable or acceptable.

staff is very helpful. even though the hotel is a bit far from the beach, the location is very good as it is right across the road from the jungceylon mall and to go to beach you just have to cross the shopping centre and go down bangla road (which is where most bars and clubs are)

Had a fun time over Easter weekend. Loved the free coffee and water offered daily. Location was perfect- easy access to shopping centers and main roads. the bed was comfortable- the highlight of the trip.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the comfortable and clean room. The towels were changed daily, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the markets and Bangla Road. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the bathroom only had a shower rain and no shower head.
